What do I do when I experience technical difficulties during a survey?

If you experience any problems, please email us at support@mindfieldonline.com. In the email provide as much information about your problem as possible. Providing additional information such as the browser and Internet service provider you are using may be helpful. When possible, always provide the four digit study number from your email invitation.
